Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Fire Cupping + more

Tui Na includes techniques like pushing, grasping, kneading, gliding, vibrating… and many other ways bring relief + vitality to the tissues.

Fire cupping offers increased circulation of blood and lymph, flushing out toxins and bringing fresh oxygen to the tissues.

Moxibustion is dried mugwort that is burnt over select acupuncture points to stimulate circulation.

Gua sha, dietary guidlines, and specific breath, movement or meditation practices offer a wide range of avenues to support your sustained well-being.

All of these are offered as needed or requested in any of your acupuncture treatments.

Holistic Facial Acupuncture + Massage

Facial acupuncture is a comprehensive skin treatment designed to support healthy, vibrant skin by increasing circulation and stimulating your body's natural production of collagen and elastin. It helps soften fine lines, wrinkles, improve acne and hyperpigmentation, support skin tone and texture and address visible signs of aging.

Specialized facial needles and massage techniques are used in combination with cleansing, masking, gua sha, facial cupping, red light therapy, moisturizing, and body acupuncture.
